S-Shaped Design, Service Update, In-Email Poll
The new and improved Studio is here
This is a great example from YouTube of a brand updating it’s users about a change to it’s service and the launch of new elements. The email uses an S-Shaped design, snaking back and forth between the information about new features they’ve added to the Creator Studio (between an image and text). The images in the email back up the text and do not contain the main content; which means that even with images disabled, the main message is able to be ascertained. This also continues with the repeated, red, bulletproof buttons.
Unfortunately, the email is not mobile responsive and simply shrinks when viewed on a mobile device rather than stacking the content in a single column for example.
